End the UK's deadly arms trade with Israel

Israel uses military force to maintain its oppression of the Palestinian people.

The latest bombardment of the Gaza Strip in May 2021 killed over 240 Palestinians, over a quarter of them children; thousands more were injured, and over 90,000 were displaced by Israel's bombing campaign.

In the weeks before, Israeli armed forces attacked worshippers in Al Aqsa mosque in Jerusalem, while in the West Bank and inside Israel, Israeli military and police used excessive force and live fire, rubber-coated steel bullets, and tear gas against Palestinian protestors.

The UK government regularly approves military technology and arms exports to Israel, including for the types of weapons used by Israel in clear violation of international law.

MPs are calling for an investigation into whether UK-made weapons or components have been used in Israel’s attacks on Palestinians; and for a suspension of UK arms sales to Israel with the new Early Day Motion 138.

There will be a parliamentary debate on the topic in mid-June, and we’ve teamed up with Palestine Solidarity Campaign and Campaign Against Arms Trade to set up a briefing session for MPs on the topic ahead of the debate.

Write to your MP and ask them to sign Early Day Motion 138 and attend the MPs briefing session on 10 June.
