Our global reliance on fossil fuel continues to accelerate climate breakdown. How we source energy is now one of the most urgent – and contested – issues we face.
From the streets of Bogotá, Colombia, to the oil-polluted creeks of the Niger Delta in Nigeria, this webinar will explore the global struggle for energy justice. And here in the UK, the government has just introduced their new public energy company, Great British Energy – but there are no guarantees that it will deliver a genuinely just and equitable transition away from fossil-fuels, or reduce household bills.
