Stand with Palestinians against Israel's onslaught

Palestinians are facing an intensified onslaught of militarised violence from the Israeli military.
Aiming to crush Palestinian resistance, Israel’s apartheid regime is indiscriminately targeting Palestinian communities with frequent raids, road closures, blockades and militarised violence. These measures are a form of collective punishment — in gross violation of international law — intended to stifle Palestinian life and society and further isolate the Palestinian people from the rest of the world.
In the first two months of 2023, Israel killed over 63 Palestinians, including a massacre of 10 Palestinians during an invasion of Jenin refugee camp. 2022 was the deadliest year on record for Palestinians in the West Bank in decades, with over 170 Palestinians killed by Israel, including 30 children. Last year, Israel arrested over 1,500 Palestinians and is holding over 800 Palestinians in administrative detention — imprisonment without charge or trial.
Despite this extreme repression, the Palestinian people remain defiant, with widespread protests against Israel’s draconian measures and extrajudicial killings, general strikes and civil disobedience taking place throughout the occupied Palestinian territory. Protestors have been met with live fire, rubber-coated steel bullets, stun grenades, tear gas, and skunk water from Israeli armed forces.
Israel’s militarised repression is made possible by the complicity of governments around the world. The UK government continues to approve exports of UK-made weapons and military technologies to Israel. These are weapons used by the Israeli armed forces to violently repress the Palestinian people. The UK holds joint trainings with Israeli military forces and welcomes Israeli arms companies to set up shop right here in the UK.
Please contact your MP today and ask them to demand that the UK government stops the sale and purchase of arms to and from Israel.
